In our next webinar, we will explore the problems clients face today in transitioning to perpetual KYC, and explore the very first steps you should take

We'll be joined by Mark Scott, Experian's Director of Product Consultancy, to hear his top recommendations informed by his vast experience delivering this capability in Tier 1 banks.

He'll touch on:

  • The importance of identifying high-risk cases using third-party data
  • Why accurate discrimination between high-risk and standard risk records creates the foundations for risk acceptance
  • How third-party data can address data gaps and help you to truly Know Your Customer

We'll then explore the opportunities of tomorrow, moving beyond compliance to detection, considering how data sharing now permitted under the Economic Crime & Corporate Transparency Act (ECCTA) will bolster the UK's economic risk identification. We'll be joined by Ruth Ray, Data Strategy Director at CIFAS, to understand the very latest developments and how the industry can collaborate to fight back against financial crime.

If you are part of an AML regulated business with a B2B / B2C customer base, and your role covers AML / KYC compliance, Financial / Economic Crime, then this webinar is for you.
