We offer a stimulating, interesting and innovative work environment and bring smart, passionate people together to create meaningful working relationships. If you want to unlock your potential, then why not apply for our Graduate Scheme?
The Student and Graduate selection process
We reward quality, commitment and performance in our employees, and we want to see these attributes as soon as you apply for a role at Experian. We have several stages after the initial shortlisting of applicants to determine suitability for our programmes, and our business.
Further stages will be unique to the individual programme and requirements, and several assessments could take place on the same day, but a typical Experian recruitment process could look like this:
- Video assessment or telephone interview
- Online testing
- Assessment centre
- Competency based interview
How to prepare for your assessments
Preparation and organisation are key skills at Experian, and we advise our potential employees to follow suit by taking the time to prepare for an assessment. From navigating around the site for research on hot topics that may come up, to writing down any questions you may have, we encourage a proactive approach to the process. You can find out more in our handy guide to interviews and assessments.
