How does the FRAML Score work and what's the data behind them?
About the FRAML Score
A FRAML Score has been developed using variations of AML Flags (Adverse Markers and Cashflow Profiles) which indicate the potential risk associated with a business. Adverse Markers and Cashflow Profiles are two different data sources which are analysed for patterns and trends which could indicate anomalous activities and detect fraud. We used these AML Flags and the underlying data, to develop the FRAML Score by linking them to known fraud of business directors or owners.
The FRAML score can be used within your process with customisable cut offs based on your risk appetite. Alternatively, a bespoke analytics engagement can be carried out to build a model tailored to your own data.
