The Student and Graduate selection process

We reward quality, commitment and performance in our employees, and we want to see these attributes as soon as you apply for a role at Experian. We have several stages after the initial shortlisting of applicants to determine suitability for our programmes, and our business.

Further stages will be unique to the individual programme and requirements, and several assessments could take place on the same day, but a typical Experian recruitment process could look like this:

  • Pre-screening
  • Video assessment or telephone interview
  • Online testing
  • Assessment centre
  • Competency based interview
